How to submit a DMCA Notice
To submit a removal notice please place in the body of a text email and send a copy only to info@radioahang.net
You are required to include the following elements:
Identify yourself as either
The owner of a work with copyright (s), or
A person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed
State your contact information, including your real name, address, telephone number and email address.
Identification of the work whose copyright has been violated, or, in case of multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that must be removed or access to which must be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to allow the service provider to locate the material. Please provide at least one URL for each job that is claimed to infringe.
Statement that the complaining party believes in good faith that the use of the material described in the claim is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
A statement that the information contained in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
